Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB), University of the Punjab, Lahore invites applications from Pakistani Nationals for faculty positions of Professor (BPS-21/TTS, 01 post) and Assistant Professor (BPS-19/TTS, 03 posts) in Molecular Biology. Mandatory area of research/specialization required for all posts includes Stem Cells, Virology, Forensic, Genetic Screening, and Plant Genetic Modification. Under BPS, Professor requires a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology with 15 years teaching/research experience (or 10 years Post-Ph.D.) and 15 research publications (at least 5 in the last 5 years); Assistant Professor under BPS requires a Ph.D./terminal qualification in Molecular Biology. Under TTS, Professor requires a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, 11 years Post-Ph.D. (or 7 years Post-Ph.D. along with at least 12 years pre-Ph.D. experience), and 15 research publications in W category journals; Assistant Professor under TTS requires a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology with excellent written communication and presentation skills.
