Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals for appointment under Basic Pay Scale (BPS) / Tenure Track System (TTS) at the Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB), University of the Punjab, Lahore. Positions & Eligibility: 1. Professor (BPS-21 / TTS) - 01 Post (Molecular Biology): - Qualification: Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from an HEC recognized University/Institution. - Experience (BPS): 15 years teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized University/post-graduation Institution or professional experience in a relevant field in a National/International organization OR 10 years Post-Ph.D teaching/research experience. Requires 15 research publications (at least 5 in the last 5 years) in HEC recognized journals. - Experience (TTS): 11 years Post-Ph.D or minimum 7 years Post-Ph.D experience along with at least 12 years of experience prior to Ph.D. Requires 15 research publications (at least 5 in the last 5 years) in W-category (impact factor) journals recognized by HEC. - Mandatory Specialization: Stem Cells, Virology, Forensic, Genetic Screening, and Plant Genetic Modification. 2. Assistant Professor (BPS-19 / TTS) - 03 Posts (Molecular Biology): - Qualification: Ph.D. Degree / Terminal Qualification in Molecular Biology from an HEC recognized Institution. Excellent written communication and presentation skills required for TTS. - Mandatory Specialization: Stem Cells, Virology, Forensic, Genetic Screening, and Plant Genetic Modification.
