The provincial Govt. received funds from Federal Government for implementation of the PSDP project 'Establishment of Mountaineering Institute at Shigar'. For smooth implementation of the Project, Office of the Project Director in concurrence of approval of the Secretary Tourism, Sport & Culture Department GB/PAO vide letter No.STSC-Dev-2(3)/2026-27 dated 11th August, 2026; intends to hire services of professional/supporting staff purely on contract basis having domicile of Gilgit-Baltistan for smooth functioning of Project Management Unit (PMU). Positions include: 1) Assistant Resident Engineer (PPS-07, 01 Post, Upper Age Limit: 35): B.Sc Civil Engineering from a recognized University by HEC Pakistan, duly registered with PEC. Minimum (5-7) years of experience in civil engineering field; relevant experience in Building Projects/PSDP Projects shall be preferred. 2) Assistant Quantity Surveyor (PPS-04, 01 Post, Upper Age Limit: 35): B.Sc Civil Engineering / DAE / B.Tech (Civil) from a recognized University or College by HEC Pakistan duly registered with PEC / Institute accredited by Technical Board. Minimum (3-5) years of experience in Civil Engineering projects or (5-7) years post-diploma experience in civil engineering field; relevant experience in Building / PSDP projects as AQS/QS preferred. 3) Senior Accounts Clerk (PPS-04, 01 Post, Upper Age Limit: 35): BBA / B.Com from a recognized University or College by HEC Pakistan. Minimum (3-5) years of experience in relevant field and capable of handling account matters of PSDP/Development projects. 4) Cashier (PPS-03, 01 Post, Upper Age Limit: 35): BA / B.Com from a recognized University or College by HEC Pakistan. Minimum (3) years of experience in relevant field and capable of handling account matters of PSDP/Development projects. 5) Chowkidar (PPS-01, 01 Post, Upper Age Limit: 35): Primary / Middle. Terms & Conditions: Appointments will be made on purely contract basis for a period of one year extendable based on satisfactory performance and continuation of the Project.
