Government of the Punjab Special Education Department Hiring of School Teaching Interns (STIs) District Faisalabad Jobs 2026

In pursuance of Notification No. SO(Estt)3-26/07(3859) dated 25-03-2026 issued by the Government of the Punjab, Special Education Department, applications are invited from suitable candidates (Men, Women, and Transgender persons) for hiring of School Teaching Interns (STIs) against vacant teaching posts in Special Education Institutions of District Faisalabad. Vacant posts include: 1) Junior Special Education Teacher (V.I) (BS-16, 01 post at Govt. Special Education Centre Sufi Town Rashidabad Bangla Road, Mamukanjan Tehsil Tandlianwala district Faisalabad) requiring M.A. or BS (First Division or Grade-B) in Special Education with specialization in the field of Physically Disabled or equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized university; Age limit: 21-28 Years. 2) SSET (H.I) (BS-17, 01 post at Govt. Special Education Centre Rajana Road, Samundri, Faisalabad) requiring M.A or M.Ed. or BS (First division or grade-B) in Special Education with specialization in the field of deaf or equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized university; Age limit: 21-28 Years. Fresh aspiring candidates having relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply; preference may be given to candidates with teaching experience. Terms & Conditions: Engagement is purely temporary, school-specific, and non-transferable for a duration of 09 months (excluding summer vacations) during Financial Year 2026-27 or till the arrival of a regular incumbent, whichever is earlier. Monthly Honorarium: Rs. 45,000/- PM for BS-17 and Rs. 40,000/- PM for BS-16. No right of regular appointment shall be conferred. Age relaxation in upper age limit is admissible per Punjab Rules 1961/1976 and instructions issued by Punjab Govt.
