The Information Technology & Innovation Department, Government of the Punjab, invites applications from highly qualified, dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced professionals holding Punjab domicile for appointment on a contract basis under the project "Innovate Punjab - Leaders of Frontier Tech Incubators". The project will establish incubation centres in six districts: Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Bahawalpur, and Gujranwala. Positions & Eligibility: 1. Project Director / Program Head (PPS-11) - 01 Post (Max Age: 55 yrs | Salary: Lumpsum @ Rs. 786,000/- per month): - Qualification: Master's in Business, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Project Management, Public Policy or related field. - Experience: 10-15 years relevant experience in program/project management, entrepreneurship ecosystem, or large-scale projects; strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. 2. Manager Operations (PPS-10) - 01 Post (Max Age: 50 yrs | Salary: Lumpsum @ Rs. 437,500/- per month): - Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Commerce or related field. - Experience: 5-8 years relevant experience in operations or program execution; strong coordination and problem-solving skills. 3. Manager Partnerships & Investment (PPS-10) - 01 Post (Max Age: 50 yrs | Salary: Lumpsum @ Rs. 437,500/- per month): - Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Finance or related field. - Experience: 5-8 years relevant experience in investment, partnerships, or business development; strong network in startup ecosystem preferred. 4. Manager Communications & Outreach (PPS-10) - 01 Post (Max Age: 50 yrs | Salary: Lumpsum @ Rs. 437,500/- per month): - Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Communications or related field. - Experience: 5-8 years relevant experience in content management, branding, and outreach skills. 5. Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (PPS-10) - 01 Post (Max Age: 50 yrs | Salary: Lumpsum @ Rs. 437,500/- per month): - Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in Economics, Data Analytics, Project Management, IT or related field. - Experience: 5-8 years relevant experience in M&E or data analysis; strong analytical and reporting skills. 6. Manager Finance & Accounts (PPS-10) - 01 Post (Max Age: 50 yrs | Salary: Lumpsum @ Rs. 437,500/- per month): - Qualification: CA/ACCA/ACMA/MBA Finance or related field. - Experience: 5-8 years relevant experience in financial management; knowledge of public sector financial procedures preferred. 7. Manager Procurement & Contracts (PPS-10) - 01 Post (Max Age: 50 yrs | Salary: Lumpsum @ Rs. 437,500/- per month): - Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce, CA/ACCA or related field. - Experience: 5-8 years relevant experience in public sector procurements / familiarity with PPRA rules and contract management. 8. Manager Startup Programs (PPS-10) - 01 Post (Max Age: 50 yrs | Salary: Lumpsum @ Rs. 437,500/- per month): - Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Entrepreneurship or related field. - Experience: 5-8 years relevant experience in business establishment, product creation, incubation, acceleration, or startup ecosystem; strong understanding of startup lifecycle. 9. IT Data Assistant Manager (PPS-09) - 01 Post (Max Age: 45 yrs | Salary: Lumpsum @ Rs. 306,250/- per month): - Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in IT, Data Science or related field. - Experience: 4-6 years relevant experience in data systems, dashboards, and analytics tools. 10. Admin & HR Officer (PPS-08) - 01 Post (Max Age: 45 yrs | Salary: Lumpsum @ Rs. 306,250/- per month): - Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Administration or related field. - Experience: 4-6 years relevant experience in HR and office management; strong organizational skills.
