Applications are invited to fill the vacant position of Director CPSC (China-Pakistan Study Centre) (BPS-20, 01 post) at the Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad, Sector F-5/2, Islamabad on a regular basis initially with probation for a period of six months. Qualification: Ph.D. Degree (applicants enrolled in Ph.D. Program may also apply) in IR, DSS, Economics, Pol. Sc., or comparable discipline with excellent analytical ability and experience with particular focus on China, SCO, and Central Asia preferred. Core Competencies: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a University, think tank, research institution, or policy-oriented organization, with minimum five HEC-recognized research publications; strong leadership and team-management skills; established professional networks with Chinese think tanks, research institutions, and universities; experience in conceptualizing and leading research projects, policy dialogues, conferences, and bilateral exchanges.
