Engineering/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical with 5–8 years experience), AC Technician/AC Mechanic (3-year DAE in HVACR with min 3 years experience), Chiller Operator/Pool Plant Operator/Generator Operator (3-year DAE preferred with min 3 years experience), Kitchen Technician/General Mechanic (3-year DAE in Mechanical or equivalent with min 5 years experience), Gardener/Mali (2–3 years experience in gardening and landscaping), Waiter/Hostess/Bus Boy (Minimum qualification F.A with 1–2 years experience), and Driver (Minimum qualification F.A, valid LTV/HTV license, and 3–5 years driving experience).
