Government of Pakistan Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Program Implementation Unit (PIU) under the Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP) funded by the World Bank (IBRD:93180), requests Expressions of Interest for the post of Individual Consultant - Procurement & Contract Specialist (Ref: PK-MOE-568136-CS-INDV-PROC-SPEC) on a purely contractual basis. Qualification: Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Management Sciences, Engineering or related discipline from an HEC-recognized University or foreign institution. Additional weightage given for procurement-related certifications/diplomas. Requires proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and written/spoken English & Urdu. Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification professional experience in procurement management of goods, works non-consulting and consulting services under international/national/sub-national or private sector rules. Prior experience in power sector given due weightage. Requires hands-on experience in procurement software and strong knowledge of public procurement regulatory, audit, and assurance procedures.
