Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives invites applications from motivated Pakistani candidates against the position of Sector Specialist - Quantity Engineer (PPS-10) on a purely contract and merit basis under the project 'Capacity Building and Institutional Strengthening of M/o PD&SI'. Qualification required: BE (Civil Engineering) with 16 years of field experience, OR Master's (Civil Engineering) and related fields with 14 years of field experience. Candidate must have 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in project appraisal, reviewing PC-I, quantity surveying, cost variations, cost estimation, contract administration, implementation support, monitoring, evaluation, and technical review of public sector development projects.
