National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is seeking applications for the position of Branch Manager (AVP) reporting to the Regional Head. Minimum qualification requires Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institution (Master's degree preferred). Candidates must have at least 06 years of experience in commercial banks, including at least 03 years as Branch Manager, Branch Operation Manager, or Relationship Manager (female candidates on a career break of not more than 3 years are encouraged to apply). Key responsibilities include managing branch affairs, liabilities and wealth management business (Conventional & Aitemaad), customer service, target achievement, deposit generation, branch operations compliance (AML-CFT, SBP PRs), internal controls, and staff mentoring. Places of posting include Quetta, Kalat, Sargodha, Islamabad, Murree District, Karachi, Lower Kohistan, Sost-Tehsil Gojal, Tehsil Gujjar Khan, Sialkot, Sukkur, Khairpur Mirs, and Abdul Hakeem Tehsil Kabirwala. Employment is on a 3-year renewable contract with a competitive compensation package as per Bank rules.
