National Bank of Pakistan Karachi Credit Analyst Jobs 2026

National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is inviting applications for the contractual position of Credit Analyst (OG-II / OG-I) under the Risk Management area, reporting to Wing Head - SME Risk. The position is based in Karachi. Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor's degree (Graduation) or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC of Pakistan (Master's degree and/or relevant professional certifications are preferred). Candidates require a minimum of 02 years of banking experience in Commercial and/or SME (either in business and/or risk management in a Commercial Bank). Required skills include credit and financial statement analysis, SME financing products knowledge, collateral and security assessment understanding, SBP Prudential Regulations knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and good interpersonal/business acumen skills. Main duties involve analyzing credit proposals, evaluating obligor creditworthiness, conducting due diligence, assessing liquidity/cash flows, analyzing reputational/sustainability risks, reviewing collateral search reports, and assisting with audits. The employment is on a contractual basis for 3 years (renewable at Management's discretion) offering a compensation package as per Bank's policy.
