National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is inviting applications for the position of Relationship Manager - SME (OG II) in the area of Inclusive Development across various cities nationwide. Eligibility Criteria: - Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institution. Candidates with a Master's degree in business or professional certifications such as AIBP / JAIBP will be preferred. - Experience: Minimum 01 year of banking experience in Assets Sales and/or Relationship Management. - Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (as on the last date of submission of application). Key Responsibilities & Competencies: - Acquire new SME clients, execute client acquisition strategies, manage and enhance existing client relationships, conduct periodic client visits, analyze financial statements, prepare credit proposals, ensure compliance with SBP Prudential Regulations, and meet KPIs. - Requires strong sales orientation, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
