National Bank of Pakistan is inviting applications for the post of Resident Engineer – Civil (OG-I) in the area of Logistics, Communications & Marketing, reporting to Departmental Head – Civil (Central, North). Qualification required is a minimum B.E. (Civil) or B. Tech (Civil) or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC. Candidates having a Master's degree and/or relevant certification will be preferred. Minimum 04 years of experience in the relevant field is required, with preference given to candidates having experience in a Bank and/or financial institution. Skills required include project estimation, project billing, project execution, multitasking, written/verbal communication, MS Office proficiency, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include site visits, preparing cost estimates, reviewing layout plans, preparing bidding documents, reviewing project bills/invoices, coordinating with project consultants, issuing valuation certificates for House Building Finance (HBF), supervising building constructions and renovation, and site supervision. Place of posting will be Jhang or Peshawar. Only shortlisted candidates meeting the basic eligibility criteria will be invited for a test and/or panel interview. Employment is on a 3-year contractual basis, renewable at Management's discretion, offering a compensation package and benefits per Bank policy.
