NACTA invites applications from Pakistani Nationals for 04 contract posts of Assistant Director (BPS-17) initially for 6 months (likely to be permanent based on performance evaluation). Distribution of Quota: Merit = 1, Punjab = 2, KP = 1. Age Limit: 30 + 5 = 35 years. Qualification: 16 years of education in Peace and Conflict Studies, IR, Media & Communication Studies, Strategic Studies, Cyber Security, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or Digital Forensics from an HEC-approved institution. Experience: 0-2 years post-qualification experience in the relevant field; experience in OSINT, SOCMINT, GEOINT, Threat Intelligence, Digital Investigations, Online Research, and Analytical Reporting preferred. Relevant international certificates are an added advantage. Skills in developing/managing AI/Software applications, media management, basic administration, education, specialized knowledge in peace/conflict resolution, narrative building, and counter terrorism/extremism.
