Applications are invited for appointment against Statutory posts of Cancer Care Clinic at Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research (NSICT&R), Lahore, on Contract basis. 1) Hospital Director (IPS 11, Pay 1.7M–2.2M, 01 Post, Age: 35 to 55 Years): MBBS and FCPS/MS/MD/PhD/M.Phil/MPH from a PM&DC recognized institution with valid PMDC registration; 10 years experience out of which at least 5 years experience should be after a postgraduate qualification in any Department, institute or a Hospital/university recognized by PM&DC/HEC; Administrative qualification and experience preferred. 2) Medical Director (IPS 11, Pay 1.7M–2.2M, 01 Post, Age: 40 to 65 Years): MBBS with valid PMDC registration; FCPS/MS/MD/FRCS/FRCP or membership of Royal Colleges with CCT or CST or CESR (UK) or Diplomat of American Board or equivalent; 10 years post-fellowship experience in an institute/Hospital/university recognized by PM&DC/HEC; Experience in Oncology or Specialty Care Hospital preferred. 3) Director Finance (IPS 10, Pay 1.5M–2.0M, 01 Post, Age: 35 to 55 Years): Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration from an HEC recognized university, OR CA/CMA with designation of FCA or FCMA; Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in financial management/corporate finance/public finance, with at least 03 years in a senior leadership role within a large organization (preferably in Healthcare Sector). 4) Director Nursing (IPS 10, Pay 1.5M–2.0M, 01 Post, Age: 40 to 65 Years): BSN (BS in Nursing) or equivalent qualification recognized by PNMC with valid registration (OR 3 Years Diploma in General Nursing + 1 Year Diploma in Midwifery/Specialty Program + 2 Years Post RN BSN); Ph.D. or M.Phil/MSN from an institution/university recognized by PNMC/HEC; 08 years post-qualification teaching/research/administrative experience with PhD and 10 years with M.Phil/MSN; 5 years leadership role in senior nursing position; Administrative qualification/experience with experience in oncology or specialty care hospital preferred.
