Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL), a public sector state-owned enterprise (SOE) under the Ministry of Commerce, is hiring 10 Management Trainee Officers (MTO) for an initial 1-year training period. Upon satisfactory completion of the training and approval of competent authority, successful trainees will be offered regular employment as Management Associate. Monthly stipend during traineeship is Rs. 70,000/-. Candidates must possess a fresh Master's degree or 4-year Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university in Insurance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science / Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resource, or equivalent with at least 50% marks or 2.0/4.0 CGPA / 3.0/5.0 CGPA; OR equivalent professional qualification of ACII, CA, ACCA, ICMA, CIMA, and PIPFA. Maximum age limit is 27 years as on the closing date. Computer literacy is mandatory, and experience in ERP environment will be preferred.
