The Project Management & Implementation Unit (PMIU) SELECT, Reform Support Unit (RSU), School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD), Government of Sindh invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the selection of an Individual Consultant for the post of Financial Management Specialist (PPS-10) under the World Bank-assisted Sindh Early Learning Enhancement through Classroom Transformation (SELECT) project. Applicants must possess CA/ACCA/ICMA or equivalent qualification, with a Master's degree in Public Financial Management/Finance/Accounting preferred, and a minimum of 08 years of post-qualification verifiable experience in Public Financial Management and financial reporting based on International Public Sector Accounting Standards. Knowledge of FABS (Government Financial Accounting and Budgeting System) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft) is required. Selection will be made in accordance with World Bank Procurement Regulations. The initial contract is for 01 year, extendable based on performance and project requirements.
