Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) is seeking applications to engage the services of Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) in the disciplines of (i) Data Science, (ii) Economics, and (iii) HR. Key requirements (summary): - Data Science: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science/CS/EE or related; proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern AI/ML frameworks; work includes ML/AI deployment support, data pipeline support, LLM/RAG workflows, reporting, EDA, monitoring, and stakeholder communication. - Economics: Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Energy Economics (HEC-recognized); strong analytical/quant skills; proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint); familiarity with statistical software (e.g., S, R) advantage; work includes sector/electricity market analysis, data collection/cleaning, cost-benefit/feasibility assessments, performance monitoring, presentations/dashboards. - HR: Bachelor (4 years)/Master’s in HR/Business Administration or relevant (HEC-recognized); proficiency in MS Office; work includes HRIS/ERP support, appraisals, policies, recruitment support, training coordination, record management, culture initiatives. General conditions (summary): minimum CGPA/marks criteria; max age 30 years as of closing date; selected candidates offered remuneration package of Rs. 150,000 per month on lump-sum basis; initial engagement one year with evaluation.
