Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) invites applications for Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) in Data Science, Economics, and HR. MTO (Data Science): Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field (HEC recognized). Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern AI/ML frameworks. Responsibilities include ML model support, data engineering pipelines, LLM/RAG workflows, EDA, forecasting, reporting, and policy research. MTO (Economics): Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Energy Economics (HEC recognized). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint); familiarity with statistical software (S, R) preferred. Responsibilities include economic analysis, cost-benefit analysis, power sector indicators analysis, policy briefs, dashboards, and research support. MTO (HR): Bachelor (4 years) / Master’s in HR, Business Administration or relevant field (HEC recognized). Proficiency in MS Office. Responsibilities include HRIS management, recruitment support, performance management, training coordination, and HR database management. General Conditions: Minimum CGPA 3.0/4.0 (or 80% local / 65% foreign). Maximum age 30 years. Selected candidates will receive Rs. 100,000 per month (lump sum). Initial engagement for one year.
