PPSC Child Protection Officer Home Department Punjab Jobs 2026

Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC), Lahore has issued a Partial Modification of Case No.07-RB/2026 of Advertisement No.06/2026 for 26 posts of Child Protection Officer (BS-17) on a contract basis for 3 years in the Child Protection & Welfare Bureau, Home Department. In continuation of Consolidated Advertisement No. 06/2026 published on 31-05-2026, Government of the Punjab Home Department clarified on 30-06-2026 that candidates possessing a Master's degree in any of the specified 40 subjects under the discipline of Social Sciences (including Archaeology, Anthropology, Archival Studies, Economics, Econometrics, Disaster Economics, Political Science, Public Administration, Defence & Strategic Studies, International Relations, Psychology, Philosophy, Sociology, Iqbal Studies, Rural Development Studies, Social Work, Criminology, Library & Information Sciences, History, Demography, Ethnography, Conservation Studies, Religious/Islamic Studies, Education, Special Education, Law & Legislature, Home Economics, Pakistan Studies, Peace & Conflict Studies, Behavioral Sciences, Women/Gender Studies, American/Area/Development Studies, Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Rural/Urban Studies, etc. as per HEC notification) shall be considered eligible. Fresh candidates may apply online on or before 21-08-2026. Candidates who have already applied for these posts need not apply again. All other terms and conditions of Advertisement No. 06/2026 remain unchanged.
