Punjab Education Foundation (PEF), an autonomous body of the School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, invites applications from ambitious and experienced persons for the post of Master Trainer (MT) on a one-year contract basis (extendable). Quota Breakdown (Total 56 Posts): - Open Merit: 38 Posts - Women Quota: 12 Posts - Minority Quota: 05 Posts - Disability Quota: 03 Posts Eligibility Criteria & Experience: - Age Limit: 40 Years Maximum. - Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education with B.Ed. / M.Ed. from an HEC recognized university. Candidates with only one second division and no third division throughout their academic career are eligible. Candidates holding MS / M.Phil / MA Education qualification will be given preference. - Experience: Must have at least 02 years of teaching experience. Experience as a Master Trainer / Teacher Trainer will be preferred. Experience must be from Board Affiliated Schools / Registered Chains (unpaid/freelance/part-time work will not be accepted). - Domicile: Applicants must have a domicile of Punjab and can only apply in their respective district. - Salary: Rs. 112,500/- per month + other allowances as per PEF HR Manual. How to Apply: 1. Applicants must submit the 'On-line Application Form' on the Central Testing Service (CTS) website at https://www.ctspak.com by 14 September, 2026 (05:00 PM). 2. Deposit the prescribed application fee via challan in any online branch of The Bank of Punjab (Account No. 6510003300400083) by 14 September, 2026. 3. After online submission, print and sign every page of the completed application form and dispatch it along with the original bank deposit slip, updated CV, NOC (if applicable), attested copy of domicile, two recent passport-size photos, attested copies of CNIC, academic credentials, and experience certificates to: Central Testing Services Pakistan (Dispatch Address), Office 414, 4th Floor, F2, Jeff Heights, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore, Pakistan. 4. Hard copies must reach the address via Post/Courier by 18 September, 2026 (05:00 PM). 5. Candidates scoring 50% marks in the written test conducted by CTSPAK will be shortlisted for interview. No TA/DA is admissible.
