Government of the Punjab Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department invites applications for the contract-based post of Financial Management Specialist (PPS-10, 01 post) under the project 'Capacity Building for Nursing and Allied Health Professionals' in the Program Implementation Unit (PIU). Contract period is till completion/closing of the project, linked with annual performance-based renewal. Qualification required: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Financial Management, or related field; professional certifications like CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent preferred. Candidate must be below 50 years of age with a minimum of 10 years of experience in public financial management (including at least 5 years on donor-financed projects, preferably ADB or World Bank-supported). Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of government budgeting, fund flow, accounting systems in Pakistan, ADB disbursement procedures, financial reporting, and ERP platforms. Position is restricted to Punjab domicile holders; transgender candidates are also eligible to apply. General age relaxation applies per Punjab Government notification.
