Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) invites applications for multiple positions in Karachi. 1) Engineer – New Connections: Engineering Graduate (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics) with at least 2 years’ experience. Responsible for verification of documentation for new industrial gas connections, regulatory compliance, technical scrutiny, coordination with internal departments, preparation of scrutiny reports, and risk management compliance. 2) Senior Engineer – Pipeline Operations: Engineering Graduate (Mechanical/Electrical/Petroleum & Gas/Chemical) with at least 4 years’ relevant experience. Responsible for O&M of gas transmission network, pressure profiling, leakage surveys, maintenance of stations and valves, project management, HSE compliance, and risk management. 3) Assistant Engineer – Gas Control: Engineering Graduate (Mechanical/Petroleum/Chemical) with at least 1 year experience. Responsible for assisting in gas dispatch operations, monitoring transmission parameters, line pack calculations, forecasting demand, CRM activities, emergency plans implementation, reporting and risk compliance. 4) Chief Manager – Gas Purchase: CA/ACMA with 6 years post-membership experience OR MBA Finance with 9 years’ experience (minimum 4 years as functional team lead). Responsible for overseeing financial matters of gas purchases, invoice verification, compliance with tax laws, liaison with OGRA, SBP and Ministry, weighted average cost calculations, budget review, foreign remittances, circular debt reporting, risk management and compliance.
