University of the Punjab Project Manager Jobs 2026

University of the Punjab (Advertisement No. 10/2026) invites online applications from highly accomplished, dynamic, qualified, and motivated Pakistani Nationals for appointment as Project Manager on a Fixed Lump Sum Pay basis for a period of one year (extendable on satisfactory performance till project duration) at PU Pothohar Campus (Gujar Khan). Note that the earlier advertisement for Project Manager with last date 25.05.2026 is hereby withdrawn as no candidate was found eligible. Eligibility Requirements: - Position: Project Manager (Fixed Lump Sum Pay of Rs. 152,500/- per month | Age Limit: Upto 45 Years | 01 Post). - Qualification & Experience: MS/M.Phil. (18 years) Degree from an HEC-recognized university in Project Management with at least 02 years post-qualification experience of handling PSDP projects, preferably in the Higher Education Sector. OR 1st class Bachelors (16 years) Degree from an HEC-recognized university in the field of MBA/BBA/BS with at least 05 years post-qualification experience of handling PSDP projects, preferably in the Higher Education Sector. - Additional Requirement: Candidate should have knowledge about PPRA, Project Execution, HEC, Planning Commission, and other Govt. rules/procedures prescribed for the implementation of development projects.
