Walled City of Lahore Authority (WCLA) invites applications from suitable candidates for appointment on contract basis against various positions. Assistant Director (History/Archaeology) BPS-17 requires Master's degree in History or Archaeology from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission. Assistant Director (Architect) BPS-17 requires Bachelor's degree in Architecture from HEC recognized university. Assistant Director (Urban Planning) BPS-17 requires B.Sc. Urban or City and Regional Planning from HEC recognized university. Age limit for all posts is 21 to 28 years as on the last date of submission of application. Upper age limit relaxation of 5 years for male candidates and 8 years for female candidates will be applicable as per Government of Punjab S&GAD Notification dated 14.11.2006. Candidates already working in Government/Semi Government organizations should apply through proper channel and provide NOC issued by employer. Minorities, disabled and women quota where applicable will be observed as per Government policy. WCLA reserves the right to increase/decrease number of posts or reject applications without assigning reasons. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written test/interview and no TA/DA will be admissible. Contract period for appointed posts will initially be up to three years extendable on the basis of performance. If candidate is interested to apply for more than one post, separate set of application may be forwarded otherwise application will not be entertained. Degrees should be issued by HEC recognized universities/institutions. Architecture and related degrees must be accredited by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP). Candidates must present original documents including CNIC, domicile Punjab, degrees and experience certificates along with attested photocopies at interview. Test fee should be deposited in online branches of Meezan Bank, MCB, ABL, HBL or through TCS Express counters. Candidates should submit application form duly filled with test fee of Rs.550 in prescribed challan attached with form, copy of CNIC and two recent passport size photographs along with attested copies of educational certificates, domicile Punjab and experience letters directly to NTS through courier to National Testing Service, Plot No.96, Street No.4, Sector H-8/1 Islamabad. Name of applied post should be written boldly on top right corner of envelope. Last date of submission is 06 June 2026. Date of written test shall be communicated to eligible shortlisted candidates through NTS website. Final interview schedule will be displayed on NTS website after written test and no separate call letters will be issued.
